When we tell our kids, “Jesus loves you.” Do they know what that means? What is love? Is it that fuzzy feeling you get whenever a particular person is near? Chemistry? Parenting is about raising a child in love. Parenting means guiding and caring for the child. Love and respect goes both ways. While kids are expected parents to respect their parents, parents too should respect their children’s views. The bible teaches us how to parent.
